Return & Refund Policy
1. Products can only be returned if INCORRECT or DAMAGED.
- A product is considered DAMAGED if found so at the time of delivery.
- A product is INCORRECT if the product type or colour code/name is not as ordered. For INCORRECT products, we do not accept returns if the original packaging (box, tamper-evident seal, plastic wrap, or seal tape) has been removed or damaged.
2. Notify us within one week of receiving your order. Please contact us and send proof of picture to our email info@healthparadise-organic.com or WhatsApp +60167241027 upon receipt of defective or wrongly sent items. You have to include the following details in the email:

- Contact no:
- Product to return or exchange:
- Reason for return or exchange: Damaged/ Incorrect
3. Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we will perform the necessary inspection. Once the claim is proven and validated, we shall contact you to ship it back within one week.
*Return shipping cost (if any) will be reimbursed to you once we have confirmed the product is indeed INCORRECT or DAMAGED.
4. Exchange will be made upon receipt of the original product, subject to stock availability. If no stock is available, a refund will be provided. Refund/replacement generally takes 7 days, however, may take up to 14 days to complete during peak times.
5. Cancellation of order is not allowed if the payment has been made.
